RK Liquid Tile is a water-based environmentally friendly coating developed by HG Chemical Inc. of Canada. For indoor environments that require water resistance and scrub resistance, it can form a tough coating on surfaces such as concrete, tiles, and interior wall paint, providing protection and waterproofing for the base layer and surface.
During the product formulation and production process, benzene, formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were not artificially added.
Scope of Application:
Widely suitable for decoration and protection of indoor walls, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc. in villas, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, industrial plants, and homes.
Product Features:
• Hardness and gloss comparable to tiles;

Main Ingredients: Emulsion, pigments and fillers, additives, water.
Application Method: This product can be applied by brushing, rolling, or spraying.
Construction Points:
• Base requirements: Surface must be clean, dry, neutral, flat, free of dust, oil stains and debris. Leaking parts must be sealed. The surface should be sanded smooth before painting. Ensure the moisture content of the pre-painted base surface is less than 10% and pH value is less than 10. The quality of the painted surface effect depends on the flatness of the base.
• Construction conditions: Temperature ≥ 5°C, humidity ≤ 85%.
• Application method: Can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying. 2-3 layers can be applied as needed. The first layer can be diluted with 30-40% water, and the 2nd-3rd layers can be diluted with 5-10% water. When applying on hard surfaces such as tiles, metal, and wooden boards, dilution with water is not recommended.
• Recoating time: Surface dry (25-30°C, dry film 30 microns) about 10-15 minutes, recoating time not less than 60 minutes.
Reference Usage: 8-10㎡/kg/layer (paint film calculated at 30 microns, actual usage may vary slightly depending on the roughness and looseness of the base layer).
Curing Time: 7 days/25°C, extend appropriately at low temperature (not below 5°C) to achieve paint surface effect.
Friendly Reminder:
• Please keep the paint bucket tightly closed and out of reach of children;
• After painting or pausing during painting, please clean the tools with clean water in time to extend their service life;
• Please work in a well-ventilated environment, and wear a protective mask when sanding walls;
• Please configure necessary protection and labor protection supplies according to local work specifications during construction, such as goggles, gloves and protective clothing;
• If accidentally splashed into eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention;
• Do not pour excess paint into the drain to avoid blockage.
• According to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), this product is not hazardous and has no GHS classification
• Transportation: This product is safe, non-toxic and non-flammable. It is not flammable or explosive material, and can be transported as non-hazardous goods and general cargo.
• Storage: Keep unopened in a cool place, temperature above 5°C, avoid sunlight exposure.
Emergency Treatment:
• Wash hands immediately after operation, use gloves, goggles, protective clothing.
• Do not enter the esophagus or respiratory tract. If so, please seek medical attention immediately.
• If in contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water.
This product has adhesion and water resistance, and is difficult to clean and remove with water after drying. Therefore, non-construction areas need to be covered and protected before construction to prevent dripping and adhesion of this product. If dripping occurs, immediately clean and remove the water paint with clean water.
